Editorial, Sourcing & Corrections Policy

Our standards for creating practical, accurate, independent certification and cloud-career learning resources.

Purpose and audience

PrepKloud publishes educational material for people preparing for cloud, security, DevOps, data, AI, and IT certifications or building skills for related roles. Our goal is to connect exam objectives with practical understanding, hands-on evidence, and clear career decisions.

Primary sources

Certification names, exam objectives, policies, and product capabilities change. We prioritize official vendor sources such as Microsoft Learn, AWS documentation and certification pages, Google Cloud documentation and certification pages, CompTIA, CNCF, HashiCorp, and other credential owners. Articles may also link to reputable technical standards and first-party product documentation.

Readers should confirm current exam availability, pricing, scheduling, prerequisites, and objective changes on the official provider site before purchasing or scheduling an exam.

Originality and exam integrity

PrepKloud does not publish exam dumps, recalled live-exam questions, leaked materials, or content represented as confidential examination material. Practice questions and explanations are created for learning and should not be interpreted as predictions of exact exam questions.

Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PrepKloud is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by certification vendors unless explicitly stated.

How content is created and reviewed

  1. Define the learner question and intended outcome.
  2. Review current official objectives or first-party documentation.
  3. Create an original explanation, framework, example, or project.
  4. Check claims, links, terminology, internal consistency, and accessible page structure.
  5. Run automated validation for metadata, structured data, HTML, links, encoding, sitemap coverage, and data files.
  6. Update the publication or modification date when the substance changes.

AI-assisted work

Automation or AI tools may assist with outlining, editing, code generation, validation, or identifying inconsistencies. Content intended for publication is reviewed for accuracy, usefulness, originality, unsafe instructions, and unsupported claims. AI output is not treated as a source; factual claims should be grounded in official or authoritative references.

Hands-on projects and safety

Cloud projects are educational examples, not production architecture guarantees. Learners should use sandbox environments, least privilege, budgets and alerts, non-sensitive data, and resource cleanup. Never publish credentials, personal data, customer data, or proprietary material in a portfolio.

Updates and corrections

We review content when certification objectives materially change, links become invalid, a product feature changes, or a reader identifies a meaningful issue. Minor style changes may not alter the displayed date; substantive changes should update the modification date.

To report an error, outdated exam detail, broken link, accessibility problem, or unclear disclosure, use the PrepKloud contact page. Include the page URL, the statement in question, and an authoritative reference when possible. Corrections are evaluated based on evidence, not promotional requests.

Commercial independence

PrepKloud offers free learning resources and may link to external training or job platforms. A link does not automatically constitute endorsement. If sponsored or affiliate content is introduced, it should be clearly disclosed near the relevant content and should not determine editorial conclusions.
